We operate this website in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
When you access our website, information is automatically reported to the server of my website. The data is temporarily stored in so-called log files. These are stored until they are automatically deleted. These data are as follows:
- IP address of the requested computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Website from which the access was made (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, if applicable, operating system.
The data is used for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection setup
- Ensuring a comfortable use of the website
- Evaluation of system security and stability.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The logged data is deleted promptly.
We only collect personal data in individual cases, namely name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, if this data is provided to us voluntarily (e.g. through contact requests) and we are entitled or obliged to process, store and use it on the basis of the consent given or on the basis of a legal regulation, or the data is required to process the contractual relationship and there is no reason to assume that there is a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing the data (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a, b, c, f GDPR).
We only use the data provided for the purpose for which it was provided to us, i.e. to answer your inquiry, to provide information material, to obtain further information and to process orders. Data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. The data provided by you in the context of an inquiry will be deleted after completion of the inquiry and statutory retention obligations.
Rights of data subjects/right to object
You have the right
- in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us; in particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on the details thereof
- in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us
- in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, if the processing is unlawful and you refuse to delete the personal data, if we no longer need the data but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR
- in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another controller
- in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your consent to us at any time; this means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future, and
- pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, to contact the supervisory authority of our law firm.
