We represent you in the third instance in civil appeal proceedings, appeals against denial of leave to appeal and legal complaints. We represent our clients' legal interests before the highest German civil court with experience, clarity and diligence.

We review the application of the law in the lower courts on the basis of supreme court case law and the literature in order to be able to work out which new legal aspects we can present with viable arguments for your position. In proceedings before the Federal Court of Justice, we also challenge violations of procedural rights and fundamental procedural rights that have been undermined in the lower courts.

In addition to representing our clients in legal disputes before the Federal Court of Justice, we are also involved in complex commercial law disputes alongside the lawyers in the lower instances at first and second instance.

In addition, we prepare legal opinions, represent clients in arbitration proceedings and advise on out-of-court disputes and strategic commercial law issues.
