As attorneys admitted to practice before the Federal Court of Justice, we represent you in the third instance in civil appeal proceedings, appeals against the denial of leave to appeal and legal complaints. Attorneys admitted to the Federal Court of Justice may only appear before the Federal Court of Justice, the other fedaral supreme courts, the Joint Senate of the Supreme Federal Courts, the Federal Constitutional Court and other international courts, such as the European Court of Justice. We can also represent you in arbitration proceedings, provide litigation support and, if required, prepare legal opinions.

The law firm ZWADE | MENN was founded on September 1, 2025. We see our work as an independent legal specialization in appeal proceedings before the Federal Court of Justice. Our approach is based on close cooperation with our colleagues working in the instance. Our aim is to develop legal positions with precision and to contribute to the further development of the law by the Federal Court of Justice.
